Just picked up this Bulldog , looks like an earlier one ?

I admit to not owning one of these, but boy do they make a fantastic knife, at times they are over -the-top with too many matchstrikes and everything eles banged on a knife that they can, but other times outstanding!
Really like this one!

I’ve posted these before but I believe I have determined their origin.
Sometimes you acquire the knives and then want to know their history versus actually knowing what you’re looking for. That’s my case. I bought these two stags not knowing when or who made them. I suspected they were made by Hubertus since they looked identical but wasn’t sure. Turns out the two Parker Frost stags made for their wildlife series were made in 1976-1976 by Hubertus. The black one (actually very dark brown) is by Hubertus. Each one is special in its own way.
