At least we know where our $$$ went. LOL
 
Websites like this can be set up to recognize trusted IP addresses so members can only log in from their own IP address or couple IP addresses if they also use their phone.

People using VPNs may have issues getting through but the function can also be set up to be turned off.

If someone from another state tries to log in then the IP is flagged and they cannot connect or can be set up to require a second authorization from another device like a cell phone.

Getting your money back from PalPay is great but this guy is going to keep ripping people off, not sure why no one has gone to the police about it. They have departments that deal with fraud and scams.
