Police 4!!

How is the 4 compared to the 3 ergonomically speaking, I seriously miss my 3 that I sold for peanuts here on the exchange

What a great knife. I think it's a little too big for me, but, I carry a Pacific Salt often, so maybe not.

I think that the Spyderco Police is one of the most (if not THE ONE) known folding knives out there. Even when I knew nothing about knives (was about to get started, say 20 years ago), it was one of my iconic knives. But not the G10 version, the all stainless one, serrated and with a swedge I must say.

I may buy one if I find it for cheap on the exchange. I know it will not get that much use. i have a Military and doesn't seem much use during workdays. Office environment does not call for big knives.

I agree. It's definitely an iconic knife, as is the Military. Both are fantastic knives. I also agree though, that both can be a little too large, depending on your environment, and what you are using them for. It doesn't make them less great, but it does mean that something a little smaller gets carried more.

Anyone have a side by side shot of a police and an Endura, for perspective and comparisons sake?

Thank you!

Holy crap. It's funny, I find the Endura to be too damned big for me. The Po-Po makes the Endura look small in comparison.

I love the look of the Endura with those wood scales. Beautiful.

That’s what I thought too! The Endura is a good sized knife but the Police makes it look like a baby!

Mine lost a fight with a squash last night. Blade got a bit stuck cutting one in half, so I wiggled the handle a bit and the blade snapped off.

Damn. You should send it in. Warranty or not, I’m sure they’d like to see it. You never know, they may replace it.

The Police looks like a slicing beast. It should carry well too, assuming your pocket goes down that far!
