Weirdly enough, I wasn't interested in the double edged Keffeler - worried I'd hurt myself

Now, a Katana is a different story ... Even the wife would like one.

I'd just use it in the kitchen. :)

One would have to be an idiot to cut himself with the K18.

I would not encourage anyone to buy a sword for their lawn care. That would be like using a machine gun to cut down a tree. It could do it I guess, but it's not the right tool for the job, it's a weapon.

Looks like I’ll use the John Deere and Honda today but I’m gonna warn the yard about this weapon with hope the vegetation begins to grow at a respectable rate and maintains itself from now on.

“Flora, don’t make me come out there!”

^ not a good idea either. Pretty much you probably shouldn't buy one. It's mostly just designed to kill people, and that's illegal in most states.

I think it’s ok in Florida.

But . . . self defense. Self defense is legal everywhere. 'cept Kalifornia, New York, and Massachusetts, of course. ;)

You may not have met Humboldt County yet! Then there are Trinity, Shasta, Del Norte and other rural northeastern counties where respect will be met with like reciprocity. I wouldn't act like a big swinging d*ck and an a**hole around the locals in any of those. In other words, not the Kali to be made fun of ;)
