Pond Scum goodness...

Thanks to an awesome regular and the generosity of a good friend I was finally able acquire my grail scale, the legendary pond scum. I know its not for everybody, but I absolutely love it!!! Thank you again guys for hooking me up! I popped it on my sterile slicer and dressed it up with some brass standoffs, a brass LBS, some brass steel flame goodies, and a brass bead. Here she is. :)

Congrats Jensen, super happy you were finally able to get an elusive Pond!! It looks great, you dressed it up well.

Congrats Jensen - that is so awesome. It really looks fantastic and I'm glad to hear you landed your grail scale.

Congrats on the recent PS score(s).

Coincidently; mine is on a no-logo G4 slicer also. I mentioned it awhile back but don't think I posted any photos.

Yea... What he said!!! ;-)

It's all good! Not only am I currently broke, I don't really have high hopes of findin' one. I know a fella with one, but last email I sent him, got no response. Maybe one day I'll come across one. LOL

I'm definitely in the plain Ti hardware admirer club...often I like my standoffs to flash a little color, love my handle slabs anodized but pivots and screws can be standard SS or plain Ti and I'm happy.

^ I'm the same way n2k. I like plain hardware with copper or brass standoffs and a matching lanyard bead. The only knife I have ano screws on is my 24 with frag ti.

And to think, Orlando makes fun of me for liking plain Ti hardware...then again the guy drinks apple beer so what does he know.
