Got some stuff from them.

Dealt with one of their Customer Service reps, today. She was great. Very professional.

I'll definitely buy from them, again.

Thanks, PoorFish!

I read that another member had issues with PoorFish but they have been fine for me in the past, with very fast shipping.

Yes, the customer service rep was very pleasant when she told me that they did not have the item in stock that they auctioned on Ebay and they did not intend on honoring the price for the item when they received more of that item.:thumbdn::thumbdn:

They were also very pleasant when they banned me from their auctions when I left them NEUTRAL feedback. I should have left them negative feedback!:thumbdn::thumbdn:

I don't know why, why don't you enlighten me?
Daniel has over 80 100% positive feedbacks here, do you know something about him we need to know?

No more to the story. Think whatever you like.

I bid on an item, a Spyderco, using the Buy It Now. Poor_Fish notified me that they did not have the item in stock and they would refund my money.

I told them that I would wait until they got the item in stock since I did want the knife. They told me that was not an option and refunded my payment. Well, OK.

However, after I left them neutral, not negative, feedback, they blocked me from bidding on their auctions. My feedback was honest and accurate-"Seller should have items in stock that are auctioned"

Prior to this auction, I had always been an advocate for this seller. I have purchased quite a few knives from them.

Unfortunately, this practice on Ebay is getting to be very common. http://toolhaus.org/cgi-bin/negs?User=poor_fish&Dirn=Received+by

I have had good luck with them. I did however have the same exact problem with another vendor when they had a Manix 2 cts-xhp listed with a "buy it now" for $129.00. I figured they messed up on the price and tried to cover it up by saying "thought they had one. listed it, found out they didnt". I certainly dont doubt your story and will keep that in mind if I have any further dealings with them. It's a bummer when sellers do stuff like this.
