If you've had the pleasure of attending a gathering where Ethan has prepared the Mother Of All Pork Loins (MOAPL), then you understand why it's worth trying at home.
My version isn't the gargantuan one that Ethan cooks, but I'm hoping it will still be tasty. Here are a few prep pics.
Some ingredients.
Mixed in butter.
Loin, loin!
Stabby.
Stuffed, tied, slathered, salted, and peppered (STSSP).
And then there was bacon.
In a little while, I'll get the fire going, and things will start to heat up.
