If you've had the pleasure of attending a gathering where Ethan has prepared the Mother Of All Pork Loins (MOAPL™), then you understand why it's worth trying at home.
My version isn't the gargantuan one that Ethan cooks, but I'm hoping it will still be tasty. Here are a few prep pics.

Some ingredients.

And then there was bacon.

In a little while, I'll get the fire going, and things will start to heat up.

Wow, that looks great!

Then again, when you start out with a BK-15 (or BK-5) and some pork, and of course bacon... something good has to come out of it.:D

Everything's better with bacon. Looks good! I'll have to give this a try one night. We usually use the premarinated ones. Quick and easy, but no bacon. Happy Fourth!

Mmmm pork. I was up until 2am with my pork. I'm finishing my pork right now, its in the oven.
I think pork should be mandated for the 4th, its just so American.

Looks pretty good, biscuit. You're not that far away from me, either. Shall I bring the... biscuits?

Quick, Tradewater; beam me over to Guyon's house! .....I'll bring beer!

Yes, Yes! I got to calm down, I almost got virtual trichinosis licking my tablet.. I can't wait to see how it turns out.

NCSlice,

Pork of July? That's a masterpiece.

I usually do pork all the time, my kitchen looks like Porknography on a summer weekend.. trying my hand at a beef brisket this time; next year I'm going to try Ethan's style of pork loin.

That is looking mighty tasty there Prof. Mighty tasty indeed.

Meat thermometer is reading about 130. Getting close.

Bacon cocoon of love.
