Pork Loin for the Fourth, Becker Style

damn. I wasn't hungry, and right now am at the office with nothing to do (but had to be here for "work")...and drooling. On a side note, you should be on the marketing team for those guys that sell knives with trademarked holes :D
 
Damn, and congratulations. You are the first person to bring joy to my wife with a post on a knife forum. I just showed her what I'm making for dinner later this week. I think she loves you a little bit now.
 
I cooked two large ones the 4th but I had 21 people milling around and drooling.! Everybody enjoyed the food and drink and all had a good time and they said they felt stuffed and as for me I just waited for everybody to leave so that I could lay down and rest awhile.! If everybody enjoyed the 4th as much as I did ~~ well then everybody is happy and still full.
 
I just had some leftover pork loin floated on top of a bowl of cheese grits, Ethan Becker style.

Done and delicious. My wife loves me again instead of Guyon. Sorry about the non-becker knife content. I just made a nessmuk out of a Green River sheep skinner with some homemade burlap micarta, and I wanted to see how slicey it was.

Next recipe please?
