Wow, what a snafu. I guess I'm lucky in St. Paul. I have never had one problem at my Post Office branches that I go to. ALL forms are behind the counter and the clerk always handles it. Not only that, I live about 10 minutes from the International Airport PO which is open 24/7. Cool for those unexpected things that gotta go out NOW!
