First resole on my Vibergs. Got them 6 years ago. Vibergs did a great job. Threw in new insoles, laces, toe fringes and a can of leather waterproofing stuff. Soles look great. Be good for another 6 years. Probably longer since I've got some Red Wings for work and I'll save the Vibergs for the trails. Love my Vibergs

Regular D cells x 3. I use Duracell Pro. I am going to try one with 3 x AA or one 18650 option also.

For normal batteries this is great... high is 340 lumens IIRC... and low is good enough for inside a tent or under a car.

After receiving it I highly recommend. Good build quality, button, functions, water proof to 3 feet under, sturdy D-clips top and botton, plus a built-in folding limb hook too. Great lantern.

Hey nice CG thread. Gonna read it now. Actually heard about these on CG in the deals section post by Scholling, where the big "A" site had these for a good price. I think they are still the same price, I may have to buy a few more. Will probably use the red signalling function in windows for Halloween.
