Perhaps not as slicey as a ffg, but I think the BK16 in the saber would have sold more than the ffg, based on looks alone.

I was going to put my BK15 up for trade for a saber 16. Any takers?
That saber 16 cant hang with the 15 for processing venison. And you do like your large gut piles:D

Oh...I forgot to show one of the best things about this knife! The sheath.
This is a Sagewood crossdraw sheath with a Julio Diez(710) dangler attachment. I really love the Kydex retention strap that Sagewood uses. The knife is very secure. I’m not crazy about crossdraw’s, so at BeckerWest Julio attached his danger. Man, this is a sweet setup!

Thanks man, I like it a lot. It took 4 makers/designers* to get it here, but I really dig the finished product.

*Ka-Bar, Ethan Becker, Sagewood, & the incomparable Julio Diez. :D

What it looks like to sandblast with the factory handles on. Leaves a nice and clean outline. The coating is intact underneath the scales, so no worry of corrosion! Thanks again for the wonderful gift Tanker 1/66 Tanker 1/66 ! It's well on it's way to looking like yours!

Very clean, you just need to plug the lanyard hole next time  definitely a nice way to do it if one has access to a sandblaster :) if not paint remover with a little care can do to  just not as clean :D

You can't see that part with the scales on.

Tomar's micarta is perfect fitting every time and are tan in color. Any other place I've ordered the Becker micarta, they ended up being green micarta and always had to sand a bit to get the perfect fit.

Nevermind the oil spots on the blade. The sandblast finish is beautiful in person, just ask Pàdruig Pàdruig ! I think it will look a little better once I take some fine steel wool to it. Now, I want to etch something on the blade. MTM's Cricut machine can pretty much cut out anything that I can save to a file.
