You would have probably liked the Guinness stew I made in the Dutch oven behind the 4. We had an early St. Patrick’s day campfire yesterday. Guinness stew, coddle, boxty, and some delicious whiskey cake for dessert. Slàinte Mhaith!

Definitely on my want list. Hoping to hear some reviews of it before i make an impulse buy out of it. If i do, at least they arent too expensive.
