You would have probably liked the Guinness stew I made in the Dutch oven behind the 4. We had an early St. Patrick’s day campfire yesterday. Guinness stew, coddle, boxty, and some delicious whiskey cake for dessert. Slàinte Mhaith!

Looks like a great night to me.It's been a spell since I've had anything post worthy for over here. It's a beautiful evening and decided to start a fire outside.
