Did a quick fix to the sheath to make it somewhat serviceable, fold down belt loop, zipzip, fold the floppy part with the two grommets back, zip zip. ugly, but works.

Of course there is something wrong with the grind (do you send the horrible ones to Europe or what? :D My BK-2 was off center, this is faulty again). It doesn't really bother me and as soon as this thing is stripped, fully convexed and polished it will be easy to correct. The belly is too pronounced and stretches out too far towards the tip, making the point almost a 90° angle and therefore much less "stabby". Since I don't intend to stab anyone with it (I do most of my killing by hand these days ;-) ) I'm fine with it. Just noticed it right out of the box.

Go play with it and tells us what you think. I personally love my 7. I rotate it as an EDC with the 10 and 5. Right now it's the 7, well, 77's turn :D
 
Bleah. Gun season is in so I saw no brown today but LOTS of orange. Oh well, noob hunters are ok as long as they aren't shooting at me and so forth.

Just got my first Becker! It's a BK-2. I am so pumped! Last night (after watching the Sooners lose to the Cowboys... ugh) I walked out to the brush pile in the back yard and started hacking away. I chopped off about a 1.5 inch thick branch. Weak-sauce, I know... But it was awesome! Then I tried to make a feather stick. That didn't work out too well and I think I just need to practice. I can't wait to really put it through its paces.

Anyway... Awesome pics. It's given me some great ideas about modding my knife. I have noticed one trend, it seems like everyone has a BK-7, 2, and 11. I guess that with those you can do pretty much anything.

When I was given my BK-2 (birthday present) I thought "this will be the last fixed-blade knife I ever need." the problem now is that I just want to keep buying Beckers!
