Pics of my new BK9 soon.

That looks amazing. I got my green handles for my 11 from Michael at Saint Cutlery. Really nice guy. The first pair he sent ended up in Ohio according to the tracking. I let him know and he sent me another pair right out. In the meantime mine made it from Ohio to Texas so now I have another pair coming in that I will have to return. He was so nice about it I am thinking of going ahead and buying them and using the extra pair to do a giveaway.

I'm extremely new to knives(mostly deal with swords), and I'm loving the micarta. I went back and forth debating on keeping the grivory, but once I slapped these on, I knew there was no going back.

The fall air has a crisp edge to it. The grass and bushes are shifting to their burst of fall splendor. I smile as a small herd of mulies gets spooked out of a birch Coulée. A small passing twinge of melancholy is felt as I view the flying geese, and realize how quickly time passes. Then a shift back to the beauty of the outdoors, and I revel in the richness and rewards of living a quiet life.
