anyone have a pic of a 16 next to a 17?

I cant decide which to get. Is there something that makes one better than the other or is it just preference on shape?

It's not which one to get. It is which one to get FIRST. :D

But seriously, not a lot of difference. One is drop point, one is clipped. If you can find a saber-ground 16, then the point is the only difference. The 16 went to a full flat grind somewhere along the way, and that is what I have, and what I prefer. The 17 is saber-ground.

Bottom line, I think the difference is largely just which one you find more aesthetically pleasing. They both will do a fine job.
 
My first Becker came in today! Going to eventually upgrade the sheath but all in all it's a fantastic package. Can't wait to put it to work. I see a 15 in my future.

My first was the BK2, then the BK3....considering going in order? BK4, 5, 6, 7, etc.....

Actually, I think I've determined my next will be a 14 based on what I've been reading here.
