Yea I did but not make them shiny. These aren't factory micarta and needed some fine tuning adjustments in the way they fit and now they feel like the stock plastic

I remember somebody here polished theirs with shoe polish. It actually looked damn good.

I remember seeing some very shiny micarta at one time here. i believe with fine sandpaper micarta would end up pretty shiny and smooth.

I think Dex also did some shiny micarta on at least 1 of his 16s.
