FAL'ER I've had no issues using my Patrol but I have read stories about them breaking. I use them mainly for vines and soft wood now.

That's funny you say that, I've got a small piece of it a local knifemaker gave me probably 10 years ago. He said it was a piece of a "Bearing Stave from the SS Empire state".and Bearings if I'm not mistaken
