I actually didn’t remember that. But I do remember taking a bit of flack from some folks in the CRK sub back when, which is why I exited for a while. But, bygones are bygones. Haha.

I started collecting CRK’s when 21’s were abundant and for good prices. The 21 is my absolute hands down favorite knife, and if I had to pick just one knife to keep…it would be hard, cause I have a few 21’s. 😂🤣

I do have other CRK’s that aren’t modded…that is for sure…but I do like to once in a while let my creative side wander and there is no better platform for it than the 21.

The engraved Classic was a joint effort between REK and Jake Newell and myself. We each did a few different things with Josh and Jake doing the majority.

The MOP inlay was done by myself.

And the Star Sapphine with holes was a joint effort between REK and a professional jeweller friend of mine.

Thank you so much for your uplifting words. I get that people don’t love modded CRK’s and I also generally don’t as well…but sometimes, the heart wants what the heart wants. Haha.

I’ve been enjoying this thread a lot since my return. Thank you all for being welcoming.

I like Rishma am a OEM kinda guy, but I always love to see your wonderful modded knives. All so well done and creative.

1. no super steel-OMG ATS-34???
2. carbonized lock face-WTH? How long can this possible last???
3. detent is so smooth you can't really feel it- How the hell will I flick this? Mall ninjas unite for the wrist fleck contest!
4. straight clip-no only is the clip not cockeyed it doesn't even have a hump in it! Of course that's better than the P that that schmuck @Eric Alp posted above, it didn't even have a clip!
5. stop pin isn't case hardened- I am still trying to figure out what that means to me but Im told its bad...

I should probably try and trade this for a 31, Ill have to add cash to the deal of course because I hear the Sebenza 31 was improved by a genius.

Scrolling back through some posts and almost vomited seeing this. If you ever need to let it go, I’ll reluctantly trade you for it. I have a few knives I was about to throw away anyway. Pet the pup for me.
