I did not. Now that you mention it, they do seem more polished than others.
I will say it’s hell hiding from the reflections when taking pics.

Back to the Inkosi today. While the Zaan may be my obsession, I really think the inkosi is the better knife. Think I’ll enjoying owning both at the same time.

i've had this 31 for a fortnight now. the action is coming along nicely. what a nice knife, didn't know what I was missing. I'm probably in the minority on this hobbyist board in that i've never owned more than a couple modern folders. Probably saved money in the long run getting a Sebenza and skipping a bunch of meh knives.

Maybe in the minority but not alone. I had a couple modern knives in highschool. My freshman year of college a classmate had a sebenza and I realized my modern knives were inferior and I couldn’t afford a sebenza. So I only carried traditional knives for a very looong time until I finally bought a sebenza. Its the only modern folder I own. There are other nice modern folders for sure, I just don’t have any interest in them.
