Post your Huntsman knives!

Got out to the family farm this weekend and carried one of my Fell Beast prototypes with me. Here's a prime example of why I love this model. Found this tree that had fallen across the trail. Processed it and removed it in under 5min. A normal machete wouldn't even make a dent in hardwood like this.

The 24K has the smaller grips that fit my hand better than the large scales on the TB 2nd, but both are great. Hunter really knows how to make a great knife ! The Tyrant Bowie really is the King of all Bowies ;

"it's GOOD to be the King" ! :D
Great to hear this!

🤘🍺🤘

I used that cast resin bear head for a prop instead of the usual glass of whisky and cigar, just to be different. :)

Well, it’s already the 5th day of EXTREMELY INTENSE AND PROLONGED use of the Tyrant blade.
I literally go out every day, instead of a workout, to chop wood or something similar with the Tyrant. You know, I’ve been doing this as a workout for 5 days straight, for an hour and a half each time.
And I’m not chopping perfect pieces of wood—it’s often knotty and dense because it’s dried out.
The Tyrant handles it magnificently. The only damage it took was one time when I hit a screw without noticing and chopped right through. Honestly, I’m absolutely amazed that after all this, that’s the only damage I managed to inflict on it over these 5 days. Sometimes it would slip off the wood and hit a concrete cinder block. I didn’t do it on purpose; it’s all, let’s say, within my perception of EXTREMELY tough use. For example, I’m not afraid to chop something because there might be a screw in it, or when I need to chop a small piece of wood and the blade slightly slips onto a concrete/brick/wooden stand or a grill.
To be honest, I’ve never used any of my blades this harshly.
I literally cut down a dried-out tree on my property, a ton of bushes, and chopped wood that might have had nails or screws in it.
And I’m thrilled that this is the only damage the Tyrant has taken AT ALL.
That’s incredibly impressive—thank you for such an awesome blade.
By the way, I deliberately haven’t sharpened the blade yet, and those dents in the photo are from the screw. On top of that, the steel didn’t chip—it just rolled, which seems like a very good sign.
I think the use I’ve put it through is probably 200% of what it’s typically meant for.
Now my Tyrant is, so to speak, battle-scarred, but for me personally, that makes it a hundred times cooler.
Now, I want to sharpen this beauty.
Am I correct that it’s 18 degrees?!
If so, honestly, I’m shocked by the results.
My kitchen knife is 20 degrees 😅
Just wow, guys, you’re missing out if you’re not using your Tyrant to its full potential.
Well, I’ll keep adding posts about my experience with using, sharpening, and other things, so that maybe someone will get a clearer idea of what the Tyrant is like in use—use that probably only a madman would subject it to 😅
P.S.
I mean, seriously, I realize that for an 18-degree edge, I probably put it through excessive stress at times, but it endured everything!!!
You know, it even cut through a bolt.
(Who would cut bolts with a knife like this? Buy a bolt cutter for that 😁)IMG_6545.jpeg

Nice pics Moorik.
You know, I noticed that almost everyone on the forum posts photos of blades that are just lying there or doing something, I try to create an expression to show through the photo that I was cutting something with them. I try to be like Bob Ross, only on this forum, and like a fan of the knives that Huntsman makes 🫡 🫡 🫡 🫡
I even especially like that in the photo, they looked like they were already after the battle, which I give them
P.S
This is any knife that comes to me
