It was made by forum member Gnoleb. I purchased it through his ebay store. It's his titanium deep carry pocket clip "short version". Approx 2" long.

It took a little getting used to. At first I didn't like the way it felt in hand, but it grew on me.
 
What I'm curious about is does the Titanium clip have the same flexibility as standard pocket clip. maybe even better or worse?

Seems to be pretty similar to the standard pocket clip as far as flexibility goes. Maybe a little more flexible, but it holds the knife nicely.

Ah I gotcha. Maybe it's the short length that makes the Native look much bigger than it really is.
Is that clip quite thick, both in material and how far it sticks out from the scale? Hard to tell in that photo.
