Just got my first Spyder.
I hope these do justice to the luster of the handles and the grind. It is impossible to capture the depth of the CF scales, but I think I got the grind OK.
Shot with couple low watt tungsten / fluorescent light mix (hence a little blue cast in the highlights) and long exposure with lockup (the mirror kind).

And hey remnar, here's the cousin to yours! Love Wegners. Wouldn't mind having a combo edge one too. I even bought his cheapie bladetech hunter version...
I've said it before in other threads, but I hope Spyderco comes up with new models that have the jimping on the blade spine near the tip like these Wegners and the Jester, etc. I really like that.

The Wegners really feel good in my hand. The only other Spydie that I know of that has the jimping on the front of the spine is the Impala, but maybe there are more(?). I really like the Jester because of this feature and I hope they do a sprint run soon.

wish my Jester was G10, but still happy with mine.
I'm surprised the Wegners don't get more love... the designs only make sense!
