All businesses make mistakes. I tend to judge their service by how they deal with them. I ordered a Schempp Rock on May 11th which was marked in stock. Unfortunately they had shipped out all the inventory they had and had billed my credit card without shipping me one. Rather than communicate with me with an impersonal email, Jeff personally phoned to me to let me know about the situation, when I could expect shipment and that they would be putting an extra goody in the box for my trouble.
Today the box arrived. I expected perhaps a mouse pad or pens or some other swag. Instead, my Schempp Rock arrived with a friend in tow -- a 79mm Spyderco Rescue as the "extra" goody for my trouble. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Jeff for the goody and the great customer service. I will definitely be doing business with you again. :thumbup:
