Brendan, there's nothing I can say that will make it hurt any less. As Munk said, there is evil in the world, and the loss of your friend through a senseless act of violence is impossible to reconcile. I will pray for his family and for you to find strength in this dark hour. And, I will pray that his attackers meet justice.
