Prayers wanted

Her nodes from last surgery are draining more than ever, a GOOD thing, it appears as if she IS responding to the treatment. But we continue to be concerned and are leaning on the Lord for this. Thank you for praying and I will let you know when crisis is over.

I've got my whole family involved now. Way more Prayers and smoke sent again, and then later this evening before we bed down. If its cool with you, perhaps you could give your daughters first name here, as I have been asked by family.? If not, then send it to me email.

I have found in the past that one should never underestimate the power of Fervent Prayer to the great Creator.

I'm glad you're doing this.

I've been fortunate ... haven't had this particular challenge. But I've known many friends and colleagues who did. Acting fast and acting decisively is the only way to win. Do NOT let her stand back and think about it -- attack this head on and do NOT relent.
 
Smoke and prayers up from SoCal. It sounds like nasty stuff please tell your daughter that she needs to be careful.

KAT will be in our prayers as well. I knew she had the first surgery earlier this summer but I had no idea about the rest of it. Thanks for letting me know.

Prayers still needed, the so called Doctors (surgeons) that cut out her staph infection the second two surgeries, DID NOT run cultures on the staph, the antibiotics that they eventually put her on were not the ones needed for the infection she has. We just found this out when picking up her records at the lab. No cultures were ever ordered. :mad: Needless to say we are quite upset and are lined up to see the infectious disease specialist soon. The Surgeons lied to us when he said he had cultured the staph. We have the records, they did send a sample this time to the lab asking for a culture. But we will be taking results to new Doctors. I am not one to sue for any reason, but if something happens to my baby (35) I am going to extract what I can. They have mishandled this case from the get go. My wife is even more upset, she said I can visit her in prison, because she will kill them.:eek: Seems to be serious about it. Pray for us as well as our daughter, we are NOT handling incompetence well. The good thing, it is not spreading as fast as it was, so I guess the incorrect antibiotics slowed it down some. Please do pray, only the Lord can make this go away. It is very evident that the 3 doctors we have seen have no real interest in her well being.

I hope the specialist can get it under control fast.
 
The problem with the wrong antibiotic or too little or not taking it long enough is the same -- the disease evolves a resistant strain and comes back even stronger. Focus on getting this identified with absolute precision.

See that both the doctors and the hospital hear about the mishandling (malpractice) later once you've gotten it under control and can give the case your attention.

Thank you Esav, and the others, I will be talking malpractice once we can get things under control. Hopefully cured. I can not imagine a Doctor NOT ordering cultures on the masses of infections that they cut out, nor delaying and prescribing antibiotics without knowing what they were dealing with.

You will find Esav's advice is right on the mark.

Thank You all for praying, now we have the lab results and what antibiotics might be best. Now to the new Dr. asap.
