I am not sure if they are offered anymore. Does anyone know the street prices for the various Buck Titanium lockback folders and their model numbers new in the box? Thanks

The first Buck titanium was the 186. These were made for a very short time in the late 1980s. The model number has since been reassigned. The original 186 was designed by Mickey Finn (Buckmaster and M9 bayonet designer). He started with a Bucklite 426 and modified it by adding an aluminum belt clip, then furthered the design by changing the scales to titanium.

I paid less than $60 for the 560XLT-TI on the bay less than a year ago.

How hard was it to drill out the rivets and blast it back to gray???

Did you put a premium steel blade in it, or a 426 drop-point blade??? ;)

Enquiring minds want to know... :D

I think now that the blade swap isn't available anymore, the price might drop again. Good for the collector!

I missed 2 on the famous auction site last week, that were Buy it now for 48.00 and 50.00...That is my price range for a MIB 560, I won't pay 75 or 85 for a slightly used one (JMHO)

You want to pay less than Buck wants for a NIB 110???

OK, I can see why you haven't found one yet...
