Price check - Sarsquatch

Had to check my listing book. I paid $440 for my 2008 slightly used Squatch back in my young and innocent Bussekin career- January of 2014. Was my eighth ‘kin and have added “a few more” since then.

I think on principle alone, the SARSQUATCH at less than $500 is a great, great deal...no matter what configuration, especially if it comes with a sheath. They are just awesome.

That tan canvas is out of this world beautiful...

I am hard pressed to remember a coated one ever coming up...I might have seen 1 or 2, although not even sure about that.

So I just checked Google Images. Photos of SARSquatch with black, tan, and green blades exist. So I assume the real thing does also...

In all transparency, I've totally been pm'ing John to try and grab this wonderful blade at these numbers. Been collecting for just about a decade now and the right Squatch is something I've been hunting for almost that entire time. Selfishness aside, at least I know, whether he decides to sell it here, or beat the hell out of it, I'm sure an awesome Hog will enjoy it.

Cheers!

Look closer, it gets even better, that is one of the few Busses to ever get tan linen, the MO HG55 is another. ;) The tan coated squatches had tan linen and the black coated were black linen. The CF SE's were that greenish version of black canvas.

Black and Tan were offered at the 2008 Humpoganzaaaaa, along with the Competition Grade. TheBusseCollector was good enough to preserve the pictures that Photobucket killed on the original thread. I'm not sure I'm ready to sell it yet (or even where I put it), but mine was one of the Tan with Tan Canvas (at least I assume it was Canvas).

Yup...the day I bought mine off the Busse Exchange, the seller had one of each...a black linen and a tan linen...I tried to scoop em both but I got shot out of the saddle on the black...scored on the tan and that's the one Tim & I featured in the pics above.

FWIW, that was the toughest decision I have ever made on a stripper...to strip or not to strip? that was the question! :p

But I slathered on the Jasco and never looked back...Tim sexied her up for me in the last step of her makeover.

The platinum sheen of Stripetition INFI is a thing of beauty!

The poet says, "A thing of beauty is a joy forever..."

and INFI is about as close to forever a Hog can get this side of Glory!:D:thumbsup:
