This week end I have some time to myself for the first (and likely last) time in months.

I spent much of this morning delving into Secretariat archives and marveling again at his extraordinary power and beauty, and his impact on my young and now-aged heart-- all against the ongoing ponder of rocks, and Home.

Truly, it was enough.

Of the knives you displayed, the Case Canoe was the one I knew I wanted.

Thank you everyone for playing my games. It was a LOT of fun to me and I suppose I scared my cats at times, when I would be cackling out loud.

To be honest - I am tired - or frazzled - if you will.

I decided to do this to give back to the knife community here and it may be a long while before I get the energy to try this kind of GAW again. I guess I out thunk myself.

I truly believe these knives are going to GOOD homes and their departure gives me a little more drawer space for all the new Charlows that I have purchased, since stopping by Blade Forums. I hope everyone enjoys their knives. :thumbup:

I didn't even realize that I was in the running and it is so typical for me to have forgotten about that knife on my person in the post race check

Thanks for this outstanding GAW. This thread turned epic with all of the participants images. Thanks to every post I have had hours of enjoyment from this one thread. Things like this is one of the redeeming things about the Internet. It makes me proud to call this place my forum home.
