I recently purchased a Gavko EDC2 from poboy26 from the following thread.

Seller wanted me to pay via gift but I opted to add 3% "when they asked" for a goods payment even though it wasn't originally stated in the thread. I received the knife and inspected it. I immediately found lock slip and lock failure. Illustrated in the following video.

and told him about the issue. I told him that I know Gav will take care of it for him and that I would like poboy26 to return the knife to Michal to get it fixed. I would send the knife back to poboy26 for a refund and he can take care of it as it wasn't a disclosed issue.
poboy26 offered me a refund at the end of the month. I told him that's not really how things are done. poboy26 told me I was being a jerk and said he would refuse the return delivery.
I have never had to fill a knife claim on paypal or start a negative thread here. I would like poboy26 to answer to this and just make this right in a timely fashion. I did start the paypal claim process and I know its now in his court to make it easy or hard.
I will let poboy26 know about this thread.
Note: this is not indicative of Gavko's work. I have owed a ton of his knives and love them. Gav has already stated that he will fix the issue. I just don't want Poboy26 to think he can sell a knife and have no responsibility after.
Thank you all for the time.

Additional Info - Paypal already denied the claim stating "After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time.
The item violates the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy. It's ineligible for PayPal Buyer Protection."
