You say it as a joke, BUT it does have some ring of sense. two people purport to each other they have a specific item in xxxx condition for trade. They agree and the trade SHOULD then be a simple and very easy transaction. But when one party clearly starts to spew SH*T and has the other's property, then ships it back leaving said party in the hole, why is it not ethical to 'lien" his knife until he makes things as they were PRIOR to the trade. Should the good guy incur ALL the costs and just refuse the idiot's knife and chalk it up as a lesson learned or is it NOT TIME, the MORONS start paying up and they start learning a lesson? My opinion, but I see quite a bit of legitimacy to "holding" the knife until the deal is back to square one. I do NOT advocate keeping it however, just attaching it for all shipping costs.....wolf
