Problems with Spyderco

I’ve been collecting since the Q, I know knives better than half the people in here. A good knife comes with good customer service and good treatment to employees
So you join BFC yesterday and your first post is to come into the Spyderco forum, Bash Sal by calling him a liar, bash their customer service and their knives. Then you get political..................Mmmmm See below.

Well I've been collecting since before there was even an alphabet (back when there was no dirt; only rocks).

For any of the Sypderco staff that post here or their site on on YouTube they sure seem happy.

For me and for 99.9% of the folks here they've given us great customer service. There was that guy who melted his Police when he was trying to jumpstart someone's car with a pocket knife. He was pretty mad he never got a trophy.

You other claims are so off brand that I can't even begin to debunk them.

He totally applied at Spyderco and listed his experience as "more than half the people here" and then got butthurt when denied.
 
M Moder413 your thread, for what it's worth, has been moved to a more appropriate venue on this site. I can't promise that it will remain open very long nor that your membership here will either.

If you are going to disparage well respected individuals and companies, please supply evidence rather than hyperbole. Otherwise, the wiser course might be to quit while you're ahead.

I couldn’t care less if someone’s story is a lie. They make a damn fine product, therefore they’re gonna get my money and support. Also, if you happened to watch their Christmas video, they looked like a pretty diverse group of individuals to me.

Spyderco has collaborated with nearly every designer and company out there... i feel it would hard to be discriminatory and still have their global reputation.

Although Sal does seem to have something against thumbstuds...!

Love Spyderco knives except for;

- plastic handle material ends up in the ocean
- Sal is lying about how he grew up
- customer service is horrible
- they are not an equal opportunity employer

If they cared as much as Benchmade did about their customers, they probably would have as many followers

Leave shiny footprints. Great advice from a class act.
