Production for a friend?

So I know a guy that wants a production knife with no wait and easy to replace. These are his wishes.
-No choil
-No coating
-No bigger than a 4" blade
-Carbon steel preferred (good luck)
-Full tang

What can you guys come up with?

What price range does he want? I am pretty sure easy to replace also means on the lower end price point.

What does he want to do with it?

I was gonna say the TOPS tactical steak knife. But it's stainless and has the coating. Most of the TOPS stuff is 1095....might have something he likes. Grohmanns are a good choice.

Most coatings can be easily stripped. I wouldn't let that be a factor.

I would say Helle is a safe bet. they have the stainless outer layer but the inside is carbon. other than that, they meet all of the requirments, not to mention how awsome they look.
