Production of CS 112's to Start Soon....YES!!!

Hi,

I have to ask: Are there more of you who still are waiting for custom 112:s you have ordered? I have one with Stag scales in the pipeline but nothing seems to happen. The people in the custom shop are nice but really hard to communicate with. They keep telling me that the knife is under production – and then nothing happens. Well I guess it is a question about time ...
 
I'm still waiting for my SWB,no rivit,NS,serrations,black coating,engraved CS112...............................................As long as it comes by Alanta Im cool with it! I have a fige orange,S30V,finger groove I have now decided to replace the orange figie with something that looks better.....AND MAKE IT A USER!!!!! So it will be going to somebody to work on it...Is it true less than 100 ??
 
I got my 3 in the beginning of December. I wonder how many outstanding orders there are? I assumed everyone already had theirs.

Ok, I guess there are still hope, but I have bad feelings. I would hate to miss the custom 112.

Warrior,I was going to go for your extra walnut CS 112 but it was bad Buck budjet timing.... I'm glad the theory turned out to be fact...CS 112's will hold there value and/or increase! I talked to Pete and found out the hang-up on mine..The black coated blade! I might have ordered the only one!!So It looks like mine will be the last one...Pete's been running ragged [He's training to handle the commerical accounts too, putting in some real long hours] but my SBBBH,NS,serrated,rivitless, finger grooved baby should be shipping soon! Has everyone got theres now? Now if Buck could only offer a 'Rubber Bucky' in a 112...Or even the 110..I'll try to put my 112 RB in Chucks and/or CJ's hand in Alanta.

Let me speak up for Clint. He collects 112 and unusual one in particular.
He is about to be the proud owner of a custom shop Buck 112 that is almost certainly a one of a kind. At least that's my take on why Clint made that order.

I for one am looking forward to seeing it.:thumbup:

Rare Odd Baby!!!!!!! I knew it would go into my display so I was not concerned with durabilty ect... I figured black horn, black blade, set off with NS bolsters,AND nice and shiny SERRATIONS...Would look dramatic...no rivits finger grooved....YEP no wallmart look here....

Has Pete given you any idea when your little beauty will be shipped?
I was thinking of calling him today if I don't loose power and checking on my last knife. He called about 2 weeks ago and the 110 S30V smooth buff w/rivets in NS was ready but I said I'd wait for both knives to ship together (for some reason I assumed they were close on the 112 too).

I don't know about the rest of you but having the UPS man showing up with multiple packages from Buck Knives Inc. make my wife awfully short tempered.:grumpy: She fails to see the light on this particular issue.
 
I talked to Pete today and it looks like it will be a while yet...The coated blades are just not avaible for the 112....I ordered the only one...Thats what has hung up delivery...So Buck will put something else in it....Im happy tho! It Will be one of a kind. Several orders for CS 112's were stolen in route and caused delays.I get the feeling because of the low number ordered what we got will be all we EVER will see...Any CS 112 will be going up in value as time goes on... 125.00 for the only one sold so far I know of soon might be considered increadbly cheep.....Just consider the true rarity....
