I put loctite on mine. Haven’t thought about teflon tape. I flip mine hundreds of times a day. I walk around my site just flipping. Guys make comments. They all know I got a blade.

I “upgraded” to Blue 243 on the pivot and had issues on multiple knives coming loose, even after waiting 48 hours. Went back to trusty 242 and haven’t had a problem since!

I grabbed three in today’s drop. Being that I have 5 grown kiddos, they’ll each get a different colored Production Sparrow for their birthday in 2026. The first one was delivered to my youngest in Shreveport, LA for his bday just 2 days ago.
The next one goes to my Prison Guard son who’s local. After that, an hour away in Washington State, Japan, and then Little Rock, AR. These Sparrows are flying all over the world !!!

Since these are production couldn’t I swap the stone washed blade to my tuxedo or Artic storm? I may try that.
