Awww maaaan, I missed 666 by 1 post (#665).

As far as the knife design is concerned, I read post #1 after all the updates, so I didn't have questions about it. I knew that offering suggestions wasn't necessary or welcome - I'd be happy with whatever they decide to produce.

On a more serious note however...I have done some research into Porchenbergs murky past...it seems that circa 1607 there existed a secretive and mysterious brotherhood..The Order Of The Narwhale....
Hunted to the brink of extinction for their delicious spleens by ruthless and shortsighted Porcheneers the competition became so intense that when the very last Narwhale was caught and brought back to market nobody could decide how to divide the spleen....cubes?...slices?...mince?...preserve it whole for future generations? The Grand Wizard of the order was summoned ...he called out that " Ye shalle have onne this moonday... polles!! Ye winnres be ye whomsoever getteth ye most voytes! That be yon finalle wurde."
According to the journal the polling took 4 mon ths....during this time the great narwhale spleen was carted around the countryside for all to see...gradually becoming smaller as it melted away in the heat and surly followers of the various camps sliced it away chunk by chunk..
Nothing remained but a slimy pool of dry spleen juice.
The angry, disheartened Porchenbergers became vegans and all mention of Narwhales was removed from the records...Polling was categorised as treason .. saying the word poll could land a person in deep strife.
By the time Dr Von Meakinstein had cloned a new giant Narwhale using the remnants of the juice...the populace had forgotten about how tender and succulent the spleens were ...many villagers actually feeling nauseous at the thought...also at the thought of polls...which even today are considered profane and inhuman....As for the giant cloned Narwhale.?..well... you can still go visit Big Porchy as he is affectionately known at The Porchenberg Aquatologarium ...feeding time twice daily...cleaning times twice hourly.....and remember kids...don't say the "P word" or you could be next in the sluice...main-qimg-295d20617e05a8d55a659a34b1058c83-lq.jpeg

Sorry bout that Dan sf fanatic sf fanatic .... but just how far does the insanity go? Well in my case ...quite a long way...all the way to the edge of good taste....I was wondering what the needle and tweezers on my bunny knife are for....the answers I arrived at were simply too shocking to reveal....bordering on torture would be an accurate description....actual torture and cruelty would be more accurate.Anyhow keep a lid on that...I dont want Charlie finding out....I think Im signed up to do an upcoming label😉.....gotta go ...Ive got a err ....job to do...

I understand people can be passionate about their choices, particularly when it comes to color, but please try to keep the discussion civil.
 
Trust me there are changes in the offing.

For starters, handle material, for seconds, blade etch, then bolster material, liner material, then steel type. Not to mention the color of the other scale.

I know Charlie is just baiting us into hoping there will be no polls by leaving all these details out and making us think it was all sorted. Settle in for a poll bonanza.
