This is a very nice surprise. Thank you, Charlie ( waynorth waynorth ), for taking this on yet again - it is quite the blessing to see that our cherished tradition is not quite dead yet. Hopefully, if all goes well, this can set the stage for future endeavors. Polling and ruling by committee is fun and all but I am more than happy to see such methods in the rearview mirror for the foreseeable future.

I have to say, it's wonderful to see this pattern come to fruition and I am more than happy to send my money to the designated place when the time comes.

Yes definitely like the design, think it would look great with dark ebony scales or maybe even buffalo horn ?

Some years ago, settling Australians thought introducing rabbits to their environment would be a good idea, providing a ready source of food in an ideal climate. Too good an idea as it turns out; they rabbits quickly over-ran the country!!!
But it did provide a great opportunity for the cutlery industry!!View attachment 1863518View attachment 1863520View attachment 1863521
In chatting them up with GEC over the last few years, Bill has come around with a proposal for us, for a 2022 Bladeforums knife!!
Most of the ones I have seen were 2-blades, with a clip and a pen being the most sought after versions. They also had matte black synthetic handles!!
Here is GEC's offering!!View attachment 1863523A traditional pattern for which I am looking into a new, improved qualification and distribution system!!

I wasn't going to get involved in another BF knife, but It has fallen into my lap!!
Please leave me some simple feedback, and we'll see if this works!!

Last years knife actually worked pretty well, with a small percentage of cheaters and flippers making outsized trouble for us, so I am working on a better system - to be continued!!
A-1! Been waiting to see this thread!
Is that a toothpick in the handle of the bottom knife? Ha!

When all hope is lost, a larger than life character steps front and center and takes command of a hopeless situation. The Bunny knife looks to be a really well executed rendition of the examples in your scans waynorth waynorth . It looks to be a comfy pocket size frame and i love that the pulls are same side. Wishing all aboard smooth seas and a wind to your backs.

Thanks so much Charlie! Very much liking the methodology too...here's the knife...do you want in?....give me your $$.. I am so in.

Peter

What a great surprise to find at the end of the day! Thank-you Charlie, Bill and Sparks. Count me in!
