Just got some springs and screws from these fine folks. Super easy to deal with, and seem very glad to help out.

Back in the day I had the same service from the owner who answered emails himself back when they were smaller, and it's good to see things haven't changed.

Love their knives, and love the service that goes with them.

They really are an awesome company. I called them one time just to ask about how many batches of certain knife were made (out of curiosity) and just by their response you could definitely tell they were knife people, not just someone behind a desk! The quality of knife you get from ProTech for the price you pay, is amazing. Now the customs ... that's a little too steep for my wallet.
