Got a wild hair so I went out and whipped one up.

Bocote is really fun to work with. It polishes up nice. I just went for feel on the shape. I tried to work with the grain and make it sort of natural. I still need some finer sanding bits for the dremel. This one could be better IMO.

Cybrok, you're #1 in line....do you want this showcase...or pass it to stansbrew??

Rained all the week, everything is wet here and I have exams next week so I'll be studying a lot. I can pass to someone that will have a chance to use it right now.

Just made up another handle. I need to get some finer sanding bits to polish these up and some epoxy for the steels. The bands I have now take off too much material. Something finer will let me make the curves more fluid. The first one I did with gorilla glue, but epoxy will be better. Well, going back out to do a couple more. I think the shape of this one is like a chess piece.

Well it has been one month and I finally got all the tools and supplies to finish these up. The middle one is set up with lanyard and hacksaw blade striker. This one is going out to Hollowdweller for a passaround. I have the other 2 ready to go and should be able to crank out some more fairly quickly next week.

If you need one tested in the deep south let me know. Im going to do some testing on some hawks down Davis Creek in the next month or so, id love to take one with me to try out.
