I'll admit that I've used a screwdriver as one but am I the only person who would NEVER consider using any knife (regardless of its cost) for a prybar?
I've definitely used a screwdriver a few times to open a stuck paint can lid, but never a knife. I have a few knives that probably wouldn't be bothered by the experience (AD-10, Recon 1 Tanto, or Adamas), but it just feels wrong to do so. That and I don't own any $200 screwdrivers...
