Just a simple user my friend. bought from a large agricultural store in a farming area, where there were no fancy knives
You can determine the gender yourself! Hope you can get some use out of 'her'

The Lamb foot arrived at my door yesterday. I put her straight to work opening the rest of my mail and slicing limes for iced tea. She is a nice slicer and I love the lines of this pattern. A huge thanks to Jack! She will be put to good use. Here are a few pics I took upon receiving.The whole thing put a smile on my face.
