Hi Everyone, especially those of who I am behind on orders for;

I threw my back out 3 weeks ago & it has slowed me up a little(I am taking 1000mg of Vicadin every 4 hrs). I am trying to be in the shop as much as possible, luckily it does not hurt as much when I am sitting making sheaths & holsters, when I am standing at the grinder & buffer it hurts a lot, I can stand for about 15 minutes . It kills me when I am trying to pressure wash(my other business that pays the bills). I am working on the sheaths for everyone as much as I can as fast as I can. I hate missing deadlines & missing ship dates. I will get them out this week if it kills me, the sword sheaths about half way done.
Esov has every right to be pissed, I have missed his delivery dates. I am trying to make it right as best I can, this is not the way I operate, all I can hope for is that people will be a little more understanding for a few days more.
If any one would like a refund & can not wait for one more week, please e-mail me I completely understand & I will do what I can to make it right. Again I am sorry for the delays. A bunch of orders went out today also.

Hopefully your health will turn around. I can understand where you're coming from. I think your customers will be understanding of your situation. And if not, I'll buy their sword sheath ;) :D
 
This is definitely an isolated occurance for Dave - he's a good dude to deal with. I'm sure everyone will get their orders and be really pleased with them.
 
Dave, we've not seen eye to eye for a while, but damn, that sucks. Go lie down, have a couple beers and do a few situps (that always works for me when i get cramped in the back) or at least follow doc's orders.

Get yourself healthy and I'm sure a bunch of guys looking for Kydex will be okay waiting for a couple more days while you get mobile

First of all, I truly hope you recover soon.

Even though I may have "every right to be pissed", I am not. My post was a mere statement of facts. I did not make any derogatory comment about you, my tone was respectful, and surely you can attest to the fact that my communication with you has always been corteous.

The ( :thumbdn: ) icon was meant to reflect that I am disappointed. Honestly, I would not have minded if along the way you had informed me that you could not deliver on time and let me know that it would take 3 months or more. I do understand that, sometimes, these things just happen and you may have no control over them. What I did mind was not knowing what was happening and having to inquire after every missed delivery date.

As far as I am concerned, you may take the time you need. There's no need for you to go to unreasonable extremes to fulfill my order, and most likely, many others will feel the same way. I just think that this would have been a lot easier had I been kept informed.

In any case, I have no hard feelings and sincerely hope you get well soon.

May I suggest a slight reduction in Vicodin ES or a change to Oxycodone (minus Asspirin/Acet component). One Vicodin ES is 10MG of Hydro and from 325-650 in Acetominiphen}, At your rate, that's approx. 100 Vicodin caplets every four hours or You will reach the drugs' "ceiling" way before thge "1000mg" mark as well as pay with Ace overdose!!!! At the levels you need for relief, Ocycodone, Diladuid, MSIR and a few others will blow Vicoden out of the water.

Just get well real soon. No one should have to ever hurt this badly.................
 
I'm with the Wolfmann601 I take 40mg of Oxycontin every 12 hours and 10 mg. of Percocet every 4 hours for my knee pain. And I can work like a champ again. Although I sweat like a pig, I can work pain free for four hours at a time. Perhaps your Doctor would conceder upping your Vicodine to Oxycodone 10 mg. Percocet is a wonder pain killer for me.
Of course I am hopelessly addicted to it now after one year of intense treatment. But for me it was addict or now work or walking.
My family eats and the bills are paid, nuff said.

Guys,I sincerely hope everyone gets well soon here,but the things you are mentioning here ,(and I coud add a few tasty ones to the list),make me feel like I`m back in college;)
 
Watch out for the oxycotin. That stuff is addicting and many people up here suffer because of that. Take care of yourself first bro. You aren't going help others out if you aren't at atleast 85%.
 
don't worry about the sheaths. take care of your back. don't be taking crazy pain killers just to complete some orders. we can wait. no hurry on the game warden pants.

Better get better cause I don't want you moaning and whining about back pain when you gotta ride in the trunk at Blade...;) :p

Back injuries are the pits big-time. Take it easy and do what the doc says.

If you don't take care of yourself, it only gets worse.
