Put the first scratch/dent in a $900 custom

CM don't let anyone tell you you're not crazy, I wish I had your money though.

Actually I am. I have VA Dr. opinions that say so ;)

Again, let me say, fun thread to read. Charlie Mike seems like a nice guy with some cool stuff. Thanks for the pics bro. Knife porn is always good :)

I for got to ask earlier, but how do you like DDR knives Charlie Mike? I was eyeing your gunhammer, damn is that a good looking knife. How do you like the tanto blade, I think i'd go with the edc-x, someday i'll have the funds. College is expensive. Anyways, I'd agree with the feeling about using something new and expensive. I did the same thing with my CRK umnum, I just closed my eyes and used it hard. Now that i have some scratches on it, I can finally use it!

As for dealing with trolls and insults... stuff is like water off a duck's back. I wouldn't be here if I let every little slight, percieved or outright, bother me. No worries :D

The DDR TG is badass. It is the one custom I have that I'm never using. Locks tighter than a frog's ass in all directions. Darrel said he didn't make many IKBS TG's so I'm keeping it mint.

This is true but I didn't name them mountain bikes. Plus some of the trails I have found in Florida are way more technical than ones in the 'mountain' states which many times are almost like an offroad sidewalk and very smooth. Some of the lime rock quarries have some crazy trails going in and out of them. Plenty of challenge even if there aren't any hour long climbs around.
*Ahem*....I know you certainly aren't talking about California. Born and raised in Marin (yes, the Marin--where a while back a couple of potheads pilfered deraillers from tenspeeds and rigged them on balloon-tired paperboy bikes then bombed down Mt. Tamalpais stoned as hell and giving us what we now call "mountain bikes").

I'm sure there are some fun trails over there but believe me, you haven't lived until you've ridden Northern California. Just to give you an idea...my hometrack, China Camp and Tamarancho in San Rafael, is singletrack heaven. Picture lush forest and trees screaming by you a mere inches away at breathtaking speeds. Does the speederbike scenes in Return Of The Jedi come to mind? Good, cuz this is exactly where Geroge Lucas filmed it.

If you ever make it out here, look me up and I'll introduce you to a whole new world of mountainbiking. But you might never want to leave. Anyway, thought I'd leave you with a picture of some our "very smooth offroad sidewalk". Enjoy!
