Here's a VERY rough sketch of what I had in mind. I'm going to work on refining it and see if it's something I want built under the Customer Designed Knife concept if John would accept it. I'm guessing the handle thickness would be an extra charge since it's wider than normal.

Overall Length: 8"
Max Height: 1 1/4"
Thickness: 1/8" O1

Blade Length: 3 5/8" (Would actually probably change this 3 1/2" so it would be under the Colorado knife length law)
Blade Height: 7/8"
Scandi Grind
Handle Length: 4 3/8"
Handle Height swells from 7/8" to 1 1/4" (Not sure if it swells too much)
Handle Width swells from 3/4" to 1"
Round Handle

Thanks. I'd go for a longer blade too, but was trying to stay within the 8" max length laid out by John. I need a bigger handle for my XL hands so the blade length takes a hit.

Hum I didn't see the eight inch length restriction. that makes more sense I thought it was due to laws where you lived. John is very accommodating though. I'm sure he would make it however we each wanted. he is good like that everything he has made for me I have had him make it bigger for some reason. Maybe I'm over compensating for something in real life
