Riley's gun shop in Hooksett has a good selection of production stuff (has a great selection of firearms!!!)
You could always hop on to I-95 north and head into Kittery Maine. It is real close to MA and very close to Portsmouth, NH. The Kittery Trading post is a HUGE outdoor store that is like heaven to the sportsman. They have a nice selection of knives, and last time I was there they had quite a few Randalls.
