I sent my Queen Mountain Man Honey Amber Bone lock back knife back to Queen for service. Typical blade wobble. They just sent it back all fixed up.
Nice and shiny and sharp.

I sent in a trapper last year with a broken spring. It was back in a jiffy good as new.
Good customer service and quick.
