I purchased a Queen/Dan Burke Winterbottom trapper from Knife Works a few weeks ago. About a week later I noticed a small flaw in the Winterbottom scale and called Queen. A very nice lady at Queen told me to mail it in to be fixed. I mailed the knife this past Monday morning and today (Friday) a new knife arrived by UPS at my door from Queen. Just wanted to give Queen Cutlery a big thanks for a new knife in less than a week...
