Quest to buy display case

Thanks for the little tour of your bartering experience Mark. I'm sure you made quite the impression (positive of course) and they'll remember you if that case should decide to find it's way to a new home. Good luck to you in the future! Who knows....you may come across another!
 
Terre Bonne has some good po-boys -- and they're next door to my favorite "gourmet" bakery -- the bread is pricey, but worth it. The owner has been a baker since the early 80's...
 
That's a nice old Robeson display cabinet.

Robeson produced a huge variety of display options and I think they had a dedicated wood shop for that purpose.

I have a reproduction early 1900's catalog and that particular case is not shown in it. Don't know what that means, the book is loose leaf so pages and items could be added or removed as they became available or were discontinued.

The case in Lawrence would have displayed a variety of items from pocket cutlery, kitchen cutlery, razors, scissors, etc.
