Question about Bladeplay help please

First of all I'm new to the website and apologize If I post this question in the wrong place.

Well my question is I ordered a knife from bladeplay on Saturday at 3:29 4/9/11 so there not open on the weekend and And the order wouldn't be process yet, I was wondering if I can still change my order, I sent them a email saying I would like to exchange the knife I ordered for another one. So has anyone done this before? Or know if they would do the exchange?

Cam runs a good business and I do business with his companies all the time - try calling first - the problem might be that they almost always have the item in stock ready to ship in theiwarehouse ( a GOOD thing! :) ) so shipping is often within a day or two and they don' do drop shipping to my knowledge.

They are honest and good to deal with so there shouldn' be anyting that can' be overcome.
