Question about Mtech Company

Ok, first off, i know Mtech is cheap company. But does Mtech own Tac-force, WarTech, and Tiger USA?

This actually is the right spot for the question.

MTech may or may not own those other brands, but my best guess would say that they are all produced in the same factory.

They all seem to have the same style look so i figured that to. If its different company's, i figure they just placed there own logos on the knives.

My guess is that the same factory also puts out S&W knives- I noticed back when I had a MTech and a S&W (leftovers from before I got into knives) that they had some of the exact same screws and lots of similarities that hinted at "same factory" to me. Perhaps they're all owned by Taylor Brands, like S&W?

All the brands mentioned order their knives from the same company in China and have their brand logos put on them.
None actually manufacture the knives themselves.
