In the several trades and one sale in which I have taken part, the other parties and I have always agreed to send our packages simultaneously. This has always worked just fine. When you make exchanges with people on a forum like this that is for fellow enthusiasts of a hobby, there is a "club" mentality and a higher level of trust than you would find in classified adds, Ebay, etc.

All For Sale threads must have a pic showing the knife being sold with written date listed, your username & Bladeforums or BFC to prevent photo harvesting from elsewhere - scammers hate this one trick!
